Liability for links:

The content of the linked pages is always the responsibility of the respective provider or operator of the pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 para. 1 ODR-VO:

This is a "links" obligation for all tourism providers and facilitators to provide both businesses and consumers with a platform to make "dispute resolution" for domestic and cross-border transactions simpler and (above all) cheaper than it would be the way to the court.

The background to this is an EU Regulation (No. 524/2013) on the online settlement of consumer disputes. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

This is basically only about online concluded purchase and service contracts.
